END OF WEEK 2 WEIGH-IN!!! - I weighed in a 282.5 pounds this morning which means I lost 4 pounds this week (eyes bulge).  I don't expect to lose that much every week.  I would attribute the mini-spike in weight loss to some water weight loss and eating fewer calories per day than in week 1.

Got up and hit the gym early this morning.  Only did 20 minutes on the treadmill, but threw in some circuit weight training with minimal rest between sets (20-30 seconds).  Heart rate really got up there - the most intense workout since starting this.

Saturday morning - up early and wrapping presents for the wife.  Got a dog asleep on either side of me on the couch and it's a good start to the day.

Can't decide if I want to go to the gym and get some more circuit training in later or hit the indoor pool over at the park for about 20-25 minutes of lap swimming.

Ended up not being able to get a workout in.  Went to lunch with my wife downtown and the snow was coming down pretty severely.  We ended up spending the afternoon and evening cleaning house and finishing up getting ready for Christmas.  The dogs had a great time with us home.  They also had the extra added benefit of chasing a squirrel up a tree who sat up in the branches and chirped/barked at them for a good five minutes.

Wow!  Sodium content was WAAAY up for the day.  Gotta watch that.  Also need to include more fruit in my diet.  Not getting enough of it.
